Due to the nature of our product ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For health and hygiene purpose we cannot accept the return of used Weave Scratchers. The Weave Scratcher is a durable product and cannot be easily broken, however we will exchange any charm that is received damaged or broken. You must state your claim within 48 hours from the date you received your order along with a picture of the broken charm to email@example.com.
